If you are an Actor/Performer or interested in becoming one, and reply to an online casting and/or complete an online form that we have created, we will add your details to a secure file on our database. Any photos you send will be stored electronically. - Employment
If you are employed/contracted by us, we may require you to provide personal details and sensitive personal data. We will add this information to a secure file on our database. Any photos you send will be stored electronically. - Customer/Client Enquiries
If you make an enquiry or use our services we will add your email, phone number and postal address, to a file on our database.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to send you castings and/or keep you up to date with applications you have made. If we employ you, we will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected or for a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. For any other purpose that we collect your data we will let you know and explain the legal grounds for this processing.
We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law.

OPTING OUT / UNSUBSCRIBE
If you do not want us to keep your details on our Database, then you can request for them to be removed. Please send an email to unsubscribe@screampark.co.uk using the subject heading of ‘Remove Details’. However, removing your details from our files would mean that we would be unable to contact you regarding any future casting/job opportunities.
